Managing Test Time Wisely

Finishing the Test with Time to Spare

Using your time wisely during the MAP test is important!

  • Don’t spend too long on one question—move on and come back if you need to.
  • Keep an eye on the clock so you don’t run out of time.
  • Check your answers at the end if you have extra time.

Being smart about your time means you’ll finish strong and do your best!

Examples

  • You skip a tricky question and come back to it after finishing the rest.

  • You use the last 5 minutes to review your answers and fix mistakes.
