Keep Your Cool

Staying relaxed helps your brain work better! Before and during the test, take deep breaths and keep a positive attitude.

  • If you feel nervous, close your eyes and count to five.
  • Remind yourself that you’ve prepared and can do your best.
  • Focus on one question at a time and don’t worry about the rest.

A calm mind helps you perform at your highest level!
