The following statement is based on evidence. " I observed an artist ripping up a newspaper and dipping it into a mixture of liquids. She then laid it carefully around an inflated balloon and left it to harden. When she finished, she popped the balloon and peeled it off the newspaper. It left behind a solid bowl."
Jackie says that she can take a piece of paper, cut it into tiny shapes, and put it back together again to make something new. Her friend Amanda said that isn't possible and once the paper has been cut it is ruined.
